The rooms here are practical and recently updated, providing a safe box, tea-making amenities, and an iron for convenience.

Central location short walk to restaurant, the roundabout and the Holiday Inn Walsall, family atmosphere. Also, in the Birmingham area. Reasonably priced rooms, en suite and cool with tea coffee & tv.

Booked a recently renovated and decent size room. The full English breakfast included reasonably priced toast, yoghurt, croissants, and cheese.

Location, price, value for money

They had a 'do' on and when I tried to book a table in the restaurant they told me it was full as there was an event on and I would have to eat in my room. I don't go away for the weekend to eat in my room and was not impressed. Surely, this hotel should have refused bookings if they could not have offered the facilities listed. Very unsatisfying and misleading

From the outside the building it looked like a budget 2* but from the inside the room it was 4* and very good value!!

outside appearance, the fact that there is a holiday inn express across the road which in the evening and your tired and you take your bags into the wrong one ( due to postcode the same) this might need to be changed!! as im sure were not the first ones to do this!

Nice hot breakfast selection including scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, croissants, and cheese. Easy to access location close to coffee shops and public areas.

Spacious communal areas with lots of room to relax and chat to friends. We had a very large room which must have been an upgraded room althought we'd only paid a basic rate. Everywhere was very clean. Beds very comfortable.

Was disturbed by a large amount of noise late at night and early in the morning. Could have done with better soundproofing. Was misinformed by receptionist about the cost of breakfast who told us it was £15 each (£45 for us). When we asked someone else we found it was £7.50 for adults and free for children (£15 for us) which was a big difference!

It is close to all Major Roads and Motorways, but you do not hear any noise from traffic in your room. Easy access to the Town Centre for Shopping and Night Life.

Have stayed at this Hotel twice now and on both occasions, the cooked breakfast has been overcooked and it is cold and served on cold plates too. Would be happy to recommend overnight stay but don`t book breakfast, because not worth the money........
